>Yoplait Review & Giveaway!

>I recently signed up to review Yoplait. I am not a yogurt person and by that I mean I was never a big yogurt lover. My kids and husband love it I just never got into the taste. That is, until I tried Yoplait. I went to the Yoplait Facebook page and signed up to receive a free cup and tried the Strawberry. YUMMY, is all I can say! I loved how creamy this was. I also received a free coupon with the Yoplait pack I received. So when I went to the store I purchased the deal on yogurt that the store had going on. I eat this as my snack everyday. That’s how much I like it.

Here is some information that is WORTH sharing ~
Yoplait has 50% of the Calcium and Vitamin D you should have in a day. 50% that is awesome. If you are a woman it’s even better, especially as we get older. We need as much calcium as we can get to fight osteoporoses.

By adding Yoplait into my diet as my snack everyday it cuts away other things like a candy bar or chips for my snack which isn’t healthy for me. It’s time I got on the ball and exercised and ate better. Yoplait is helping me do that. It’s been 4 days and I feel better already. I cut a lot of fat out and added Calcium and Vitamin D. Join me on my journey by getting more calcium in your diet!
